ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client management:
- Accurate understanding of scope of research assignments/projects
- Meet & surpass the client expectations
- Seek regular client feedback from stakeholders
- Incorporate the feedback & close the loop
Delivery management:
- One-to-one dedicated support to client; and responsible for independent delivery for Project Financing, Due Diligence.
- Project finance functions include financial modeling and forecasting, costing, technical feasibility analysis, credit analysis, and project assessment/due diligence
- The project report includes detailed assessment of the project based on EIC approach, with economic analysis, industry research, and company analysis, followed by detailed project assessment.
- Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction
Marketing, business development, organization development support
- Support on collaterals and samples
- Contribute towards marketing & thought leadership content
Educational, experience, and skills requirements:
- Post graduate/CFA/CA/MBA/CCRA/CIIA/CAIA & equivalent; CFAs will be preferred
- 5-6 years of project finance/ due diligence/ investment banking/ equity/ credit research experience with banks, investment banks, sell-side/buy-side firms, and KPOs
- Sound financial/cash flow modeling skills, good analytical writing skills, idea generation capability, and specialization in multiple industries is desirable
- Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated

- Strong professional ethics and business etiquettes
- Preferably onshore experience is preferred
